Villa Civil partnered with Michael Baker International Inc. and the City on the Cerritos Pipeline Design Support project. Villa Civil focused on enhancing the City's infrastructure through the development or replacement of 110 ADA curb ramp designs, within the City Heights Community, ensuring compliance with the City's standards for accessibility and urban mobility. This effort contributed significantly to improving public accessibility and infrastructure within the City. Villa Civil is responsible for providing final design services, which include the preparation of construction drawings implementing American Disabilities Act regulations, standard details, and project-specific details in the plans.
