Villa Civil provided services for the San Marcos Creek District Project, a $100M+ multi-benefit initiative that relieves long-standing flooding, preserves sensitive creek habitat, and improves community mobility through new bridges, roadways, and pedestrian/bicycle facilities. Villa Civil provides day-to-day project management on behalf of the City, working across technical, financial, legal, and public outreach teams to keep this high-profile project advancing.
