Villa Civil provided services for a project to construct active transportation improvements along Santa Fe Drive corridor. Identified and secured funding through Caltrans Cycle 3 Augmentation Active Transportation grant program. Tasks included developing project scope of work and schedule to secure the $996,000 grant and providing project management of grant activities to project completion. Tasks also include the management of $600,000 in HSIP funding to provide safety improvements along the corridor as part of the project.
